Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you make bookings with us or our affiliates.

Followings are our general and specific terms and if you book with us or with our affiliates it would signify your complete agreement with our terms and conditions.

PRICES
prices shown on our website for all products and services are subject to change and availability and specific terms and condiotions. Please read the rules and conditions of your specific product carefully as its your responsibility to understand them before ordering and confirming and paying. all bookings are subject to our $9.00 booking fee.

PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY
After your payment has been fully recieved and processed and acknowledged your reservation would be finalised and you would be emailed ,if you would have advised us your email address,your confirmation.credit card payments are subject to 1.9% fee on standard mastercard,visa and 3.9% on american express and other premium cards. please fill and return by fax the credit card authorisation form provided as without this tickets will not be issued.you also agree not to charge back this payment on your credit card directly or indirectly and resolve any disputes through the department of fair trading here in sydney nsw. you may also bank transfer to our following accounts:

Tickets will only be issued after funds have been cleared.

You can also make payments in person by cash or eftpos or bank cheque in our office in Burwood.

Where possible tickets will be issued by e-mail. if e-mail is not possible , please contact us for an alternative metod of delivery. you may also arrange to collect form our offices at 2/98 burwood rd burwood 2134. where tickets are required to be sent by post an addidional fee need to be paid to cover the extra service.

AFFILIATES
Products and services provided by our affiliates on this website are optional and discretionary on your part. therefore we accept no liability for any problems that may arise between them and you. so you agree to resolve any problems directly with them.

WARRANTIES
We can not give any warranty or guarantees whether or not an airline or other service providors  would honour their products or services . it is your responsibilty to check your documents with airlines and other service providors.

PASSPORT, VISAS, SPECIAL NEEDS AND REQUESTS
Please contact directly with the relevant authorities and discuss your needs as we do not provide any advice or assistance on these matters.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
All travel is subject to possible uncertainties and travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any possible hazards.

REFUNDS
All products and services are sold subject to the rules and conditions by the applicable supplier. we merely act as agents or go between and all issues must be resolved by the supplier and you the passenger directly. generally all tickets sold by us are non-refundable. howevr where refund is available its subject to our processing fee of $100.00. this fee is in addition to any penalties the supplier may charge.

DISCLAIMER
No liability is accepted by us for any of our suppliers of services and products and you agree to resolve any issues where possible directly with the suppliers. once the payment has been made you  agree you will not apply directly or indirectly for a charge back on your credit card.you agree that all your complaints will be dealt with through the department of fair trading in sydney nsw and their decision will be final.
