Terms and Conditions between PaylessTravel.com.au and its clients

The following is our general and specific terms and conditions which will be binding upon any purchase, and/or inquiry, made directly with us or our affiliates by you. Please read the terms and conditions before you make bookings with us or our affiliates.


Every product displayed on our website is subject to individual terms and conditions. Please read the rules and conditions of your specific product carefully as it is your responsibility to understand it before you purchase the relevant product. All bookings are subject to our $10.00 booking fee.

Payments And Delivery

After full payment has been received and acknowledged your reservation will be finalised and emailed to you, this can only be done if we have been provided your email contacts. Credit card payments are subject to a 2% fee on standard MasterCard, Visa Card and 3.8% on American Express. For credit card payments, no ticket can be issued unless we receive filled credit card authorizations form. In doing so, you also agree not to charge back the credit card and booking frees directly or indirectly. You hereby also agree to resolve any disputes with the Department of Fair Trading in Sydney NSW3. Payments can also be transferred online or deposited directly into the bank account provided below.

You can also make payments in person by Cash, Credit Card, Debt Card or Bank Cheque in our office at Burwood, NSW.


Products and services provided by our affiliates, suppliers and preferred business partners on Payless Travel website are optional and discretionary on your part . Therefore we accept no liability for any problems that may arise between them and you. so you agree to resolve any problems directly with affiliate.

Name, Date And Destination Mistakes

Once all the details have been confirmed by you prior to payment, and after the settlement of funds you have realised mistakes in Travel Dates, Stopovers and Destinations (Travelling Air Ports) we take no responsibility for any loss or inconvenience on your part, nor do we take responsibility for any such mistakes. Airlines and all Travel Suppliers have set fees and plenties for all changes after issuance of tickets/vouches. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate according to your travel plans.

Duplicate Booking

It is the Customer's sole responsibility to cancel all duplicate bookings. If as a result of any duplicate booking there is a cancellation, Payless Travel will not take any responsibility for losses or inconveniences.


We can not give any warranty or guarantees regardless of whether an airline or service provider honours their product or service. It is your responsibility to check your documents with airlines and other service providers. Confirm your flight schedules 24 to 36 hours before the flight to ensure that there have been no late changes.

Passport, Visas, Special Needs And Requests

At the time of travel you must have the necessary visa and passport documentation ready if such documents are required for the destination of travel. Please make contact directly with the relevant authorities and discuss your visa and passport needs as we do not provide any advice or assistance on these matters.

Travel Insurance

All travel is subject to possible uncertainties. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any possible hazards which may include:

  • Loss of personal assets, cash, credit card, passports,
  • Time delays, travel date changes due to illness,

and many more unseen situations which may be covered by the insurance provider.

Refunds And Cancellation Fees

All products and services are sold subject to the rules and conditions stipulated by the supplier. We merely act as agents or go betweens and any issues after your purchase must be made resolved between you and the supplier.

If you desire a refund it will only be paid to you once we have received the funds back from the supplier(s). It may take up to 12-16 weeks. Generally flight tickets cannot be refunded if they are partially used. This is beyond the control of Payless Travel International Pty. Ltd.

Booking cancellations will incur charges as not all fares can be refunded. Our Service Request Fee is $200 per ticket plus any airline cancellation fees. A fee will apply to all refundable tickets. This will vary depending on the airfare you have booked.

The majority of airfares are non-refundable and non changeable, although many do allow amendments to be made, fees will be charged by all parties.

If Payless Travel International Pty. Ltd. takes any action to enforce the Terms and Conditions, it will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all legal fees and expenses and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled.

ALL Payless Travel services and credit card fees are non-refundable.

Full Refund

Where changes to your travel arrangements are permitted and possible by the supplier, Payless Travel will charge you a Standard Service fee of AUD 75.00 per ticket per change in addition to all charges applied by the supplier. By confirming the booking, you are accepting the specific ticket conditions relating to your chosen fare. Changes are subject to availability and are subject to the validity of your ticket.

Changes outside the validity of your ticket, for example, to a higher season, different travel class or ticketed route, where these are possible, will result in additional charges on top of Standard Service Fees. All changes are subject to the airlines / supplier's terms and conditions.

Flights must be taken in the sequence they appear on your ticket. If you plan not to take a flight as booked, please contact the airline as far in advance as possible to discuss your options. If you do not check in on time for a confirmed reservation, the airline may register you as a 'no-show', which could result in extra charges and/or your whole flight itinerary being cancelled and/or render your ticket void. Where we do not take any liability for a charge or re-issue for any booking, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.

Changes & Reissue will only be processed when you will send the request in writing and funds are clear in our account.

Waiver Of Responsibility

Customers are reminded that information contained in their itinerary reflects what they provided us with. It is their responsibility to make sure these are correct prior to the issuance of their tickets. As any changes after the tickets have been issued are subject to penalties by the airlines for which we do not bear any responsibility.


CIBT Visa is our preferred visa services provider. Payless Travel takes no responsibility for the accuracy of information.


No liability is accepted by us for any of our suppliers of services and products and you agree to resolve any issues where possible directly with the suppliers. Once the payment has been made you agree you will not apply directly or indirectly for a charge back on your credit card fees. You agree that all your complaints will be dealt with through the department of fair trading in Sydney NSW and that their decision will be accepted by you.


We value your privacy and are committed to safeguard it as much as is practical within our systems. We will only use your personal information for ticketing purposes. We may use your email/phone number to send you special offers and market our new products.
